Yin & Restorative Monthly Workshop

First Sunday of Each Month · 10am - 12pm

Some days call for movement. This Sunday is for stillness.

Join us on the first Sunday of each month for a two-hour immersion in the quieter, slower side of yoga — a practice designed to soften the nervous system, release deep tension, and leave you feeling genuinely restored.

In this workshop, we weave together two complementary traditions: yin yoga, which invites long-held floor poses that focus on the connective tissue and open the joints, and restorative yoga, which uses bolsters, blankets, and props to support the body in complete surrender. Together, they create a practice that works on levels a typical flow class rarely reaches.

No experience necessary. No flexibility required. Just a willingness to slow down.

All levels are welcome — whether you're brand new to yoga, a seasoned practitioner looking to balance a more active practice, or simply someone who needs a dedicated hour or two to breathe and be still.

Holy Fire Reiki is a gentle, powerful energy system that provides deep healing, purification, and empowerment. Introduced by the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT), the classes combine lecture, mediation, and practice to connect students directly with higher states of consciousness and source healing. Prerequisites: Reiki 1&2. Taught by Karuna Reiki Master Autumn Magiera.
