This Sunlighten™ sauna is Full Spectrum Far Infrared. The ideal temperature for these sessions is 120°-140° Fahrenheit as it uses radiant heat to directly penetrate and warm the body’s tissues, rather than heating the surrounding air. This direct method induces deep detoxifying sweat at more comfortable temperatures. Our sauna space includes the option of rinsing off afterwards, however a shower may inhibit the positive affects of prolonged internal body temperatures, which may continue to rise for hours after full spectrum infrared session.
